In my first event planning position, I developed business relationships based on trust, respect and caring. My customers felt safe and secure due to the loyal dedicated service I provided to them. I wanted to build a business where I could combine these values, flexibility and planning expertise in order to achieve the goals of my clients.

We built our online registration to increase efficiency and productivity and to ensure information collected from attendees was accurate. Data entry is time consuming and costly and this registration system eliminates manual data management. Meeting Logistics, LLC started as a home based business without funding.

Meeting Logistics, LLC competes with both small and large meeting and event planning companies, full service travel agencies and creative firms. By implementation of our consistent service standards, we have establishing lasting relationships which have led to referrals and continued business opportunities. Meeting Logistics provides turn-key planning in a time and cost effective manner. The use of the Online Registration System is an example of how we use technology to execute logistics so efficiently.

The Online Registration System is very easy to use and most importantly, is NOT cost prohibitive. Our online registration is built with password protected “back-end access” so that the user can enter the system and retrieve their data without any assistance from Meeting Logistics at all. Yes, pricing is based on the amount of customization and implementation of branding and/or graphic design required for set up to the “Invitation” pages and the formatting required to the online form for the “Registration” pages. Pricing will also be based on submissions that the system receives as well as Meeting Logistics’ role in the processing of that information. All of this will vary based on volume.
