MSI Data, LLC was started to meet the field workforce automation needs of companies that were not being served by existing software solutions presently on the market. Multiple companies compete with us for our enterprise Service Pro software product, and a different set of competitors for our mobile solutions. We offer our products in an easy to acquire monthly subscription service; our enterprise andmobile software is typically deployed quickly – most customers go live in less than 30 days; and therefore provides very quick return on investment vs. products that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars and take many months or years to ‘go live.’

A small business or entrepreneur with a service department would use Service Pro® Mobile for two main reasons. First of all, their home office-based service dispatcher or manager can communicate directly with their field technicians’ mobile devices, and have greater visibility into the status of their field workers. Additionally, Service Pro® Mobile frees up the service technician from time-consuming paperwork. Most importantly for a small service organization, empowering the technician to electronically record and submit their own time and materials used in the field allows the company to bill and collect on their work much more quickly.

Mobile-enabled field technicians provide small businesses with the operating efficiencies they need to grow their businesses while maintaining profits because they can add more customers and field technicians without having to add more administrative overhead for paperwork processing.
