We provide a mobile communications platform, optimized for all small to medium size businesses and non-profits that enables real-time communications with your customers, clients or members; enabling you to stay top of mind with them. Our platform, which includes a mobile app, unlimited text messaging and a QR code to integrate print media with the wireless world is easy to use and cost effective. It truly levels the playing field for these types of organizations versus their larger (and bigger budget available) competition.

Our competitive advantage is the combination of our mobile APP, unlimited text messaging and the QR code; all for a fixed price of $49.95 per month. Our mobile app is compatible with all smart phone technologies. Customers can easily build their app within 2-6 hours, or if they don’t want to build it themselves, we will build it for them for a nominal one-time fee. With our text mobile marketing system, clients can send a text to anyone who opts-in to their program anytime. The QR code we provide allows the customer to integrate print media with their digital media. Finally, our price; Our goal was to make this affordable for all businesses and non-profits.

Why did you start this company?

To address the most common problem among small and medium size businesses, how to cost effectively communicate with your customers, and how to increase revenue and profitability. We also solve the problem common to all non-profits, how to remain engaged with their members, drive attendance at events, encourage volunteerism and of course, fundraising.

We do this with our unique platform that provides a mobile app compatible with all smart phones, unlimited text messaging and a QR code; all for an economical, fixed monthly price of $49.95, an amount within the budget of all organizations. It is very important to us that we are affordable for all non-profits and small businesses, we never wanted price to become a factor when making a decision on using our systems. Think about it, for less than a cost of a cup of coffee per day, an organization can have all this functionality. Thinking about it in another way, there are 720 hours in a month, with our platform, an organization can have the equivalent of a 7/24 message in front of their customers for $ 0.07 per hour. Finally, if a customer sends just 5000 text messages per month, the cost is less than $ 0.01 per customer contact. And remember, text messages have a 94% open rate, the message will be read and the customers cost per reach will still be less than $ 0.01 each; obviously less cost per interaction cannot be done for less via any other method. And of course, our quality is second to none.

We built Call 2 Action Mobile on a self funded shoestring budget. We live where our customers live and want to succeed in the same manner; by starting small and building using our cash flow. We are confident that because our service is top quality, provides a benefit for our customers, and is cost effective, we will be successful. I have built all my businesses with this same philosophy.

Who is your competition, and what do you do better?

There are competing products, but no competition for our total solution. No one offers the combination of our service offerings, customer service and technology at a price close to ours. Our claim to fame and what we take the most pride in is customer service; we refuse to ever be out-worked.

Why would a small business, entrepreneur, freelancer, etc use your product?

Think of our communications platform as one tactic of an overall marketing strategy designed to both increase customer visit frequency and volume of customer purchases at each visit. Think about it, if your customers visit your business six times a year and through the use of this platform you can increase those visits to eight times a year, you have the potential to increase your top line revenue by 25%. Who doesn’t want to see a 25% increase in their business? Similarly, if your customers typically come in and make a single purchase and through the use of real-time communications you can increase that sale from just the item they were coming in for already plus one additional item, you have immediately not only added 50% in sales revenue per visit, but also your entire gross margin on the incremental sale. For $49.95 per month, our clients receive one version of the mobile communications platform for their own usage. For those business owners who want to do something for their community of a non-profit or other organization that they would to support, we offer a $59.95 per month option that includes two complete mobile communication systems, one for themselves and one to give a way to a charity of their choice. It is important for us and everyone to try and make a difference whenever we can.

How long have you been in business?

We started as 8 months ago. That platform was limited and over time, we added the services to our current mobile communications platform, a key tactic in an overall marketing strategy to build business and profitability for our clients as We are confident that we now have the complete solution for all small to medium size businesses.

How do you see your company in the next 2-5 years (more products or Services?)

We will enhance our platform to stay ahead of future completion. As I just discussed above, we have already made significant enhancements and as the market demands, we will make more.

How many employees do you currently have working with you and/or freelance contractors?

We are a small, nimble technology company with a core group of 9 with another 10 devoted to sales. We are currently looking for sales affiliates to expand nation-wide.

Are you looking to hire more people or contractors? If so, what positions and skills are you looking for?

Yes we are looking for at least 100 Team Member sales associates, who we call affiliates. We are also looking for individuals with a network of sales people already built that would them want to private label our technology and service.
